Pay It Forward With PayMaya: How To Donate to Typhoon Victims

In the news today, Typhoon Ulysses triggered massive flooding in Metro Manila, Rizal, and other parts of the Philippines. The recent typhoon was so destructive that even PAG-AGA decided to retire using the tropical cyclone name after leaving massive damage to infrastructure and agriculture in the country.

I hope that the people afflicted by the destructive intensity of the typhoon and their families will now be protected during this time. But with the onslaught of typhoons Rolly and Ulysses that have battered many areas of Luzon and Visayas over the past few weeks, we all recognize that many families have lost their homes, properties, and even their loved ones.

As a subscriber of PayMaya, and as a member of the PayMaya Squad in Cebu, I would like to share with you how to help raise funds for emergency typhoon relief and rescue operations. Many groups have begun to receive PayMaya contributions for projects that will help distribute food, clothes, shelter, and other types of assistance to recipients in typhoon-hit regions.
