Why I took the “Coping With Anxiety” Online Course

I’ve had a decade of experience as a coach. But it’s a different type of approach. I am always aware of my professional work that they are different types of strategies to deliver and offer to coach. That is why I have decided to enroll in an online course about “Coping with Anxiety” with Amplio Coaching so I can understand furthermore ways to do coaching.

My primary goal is to learn more about coaching and how can I formulate an approach through writing this blog post on what to do and how to do things, and I am very very particular about coping with stress during this pandemic of the coronavirus disease.

I have joined a discussion with Jasper de Taeye, the Amplio Life Coach and Founder of Amplio Coaching. Since I enrolled in an online course, I was given materials like videos and transcripts to fully understand the topic. It might not be very relevant to the present time, but the generalization of the discussion helped me to come up with new thinking on what is stress from the metaphors and scenarios given during the timeframe.

As a result, I was able to realize a personal process established towards my objectives to achieve my goal. This allows me to write about the topic and how coaching can help me help my readers achieve their own goals as I have been receiving numerous amount of inquiries about coping with stress during the enhanced community quarantine.

The Constant Need To Be Coached

As I have mentioned from my previous blog posts, I have been blogging for more than a decade now. With that, I don’t want to get stagnant with what I have learned from my personal experience, from the books I’ve read, and from other people’s experiences. I always hear the phrase, “Continue the learning”, and I believe in the idea that I can get more information if I undergo coaching from a certified Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach.

Coaching is a good idea, but it is not always right for you for one reason: you choose not to benefit from someone else’s ideas and/or expertise to help you to achieve your goal.

Coaching is “applied learning” so expect suggestions coming from a coach and get into actions at a personal pace. Amplio offers a mutual learning coaching. If you enroll in their online courses, you will be receiving learning materials, worksheets, and a coaching session so you can establish theories into practice. Another thing that makes Amplio Coaching is doing in return for your enrolment is their contribution to the environment by planting trees once you take and finish your online course.
